What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Account Manager position at Shamrock Labels?
JOB SUMMARY
To be an Account Manager for the respective Region/Zone and set an example for the team on how to represent the Shamrock brand and provide exemplary service to every customer in an effort to drive sales growth. The Regional Account Manager must have knowledge of customer service principals, ability to work well with outside sales teams, and be motivated to gain knowledge regarding Shamrock Labels products.
JOB FUNCTIONS
· Communicate with customers, via phone and email, to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
· Build strong customer relationships to both maintain existing customer accounts, as well as acquire new customers.
· Responds to escalation requests as first point of contact, analyzes escalation, and resolves to satisfaction.
· Act as customer’s central point of contact, to centralize any and all requests so that the customer experience is top notch from day one.
· Works with graphics, production, and shipping leads to ensure that customer requests are handled properly and timely.
· Communicates frequently with Strategic Account Manager (SAM) and assists with sales related tasks and activities.
· Aids SAM in follow up on quotes, contracts, and other sales tools as needed and assigned
· Contacts potential customers to create sales
· Contacts existing customers to solicit reorders of frequently ordered products.
· Collect and analyze customer product and order history data to predict order patterns and be able to notice and address changes promptly.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School diploma, general education degree or equivalent (college degree preferred); Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, relevant computer applications, including all Microsoft Office programs; highly organized.
