Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of products in and out of our facility. Your expertise in shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment will be vital to ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience with the manufacturing industry, be able to use a forklift, clean driving record, and have experience with shipping and receiving.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products according to order specifications.
- Drive to various customer and vendor locations to drop off or pick up materials and products.
- Use our ERP software to create packing slips and purchase orders.
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Experience
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and distribution center operations.
- Proficiency in using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining a clean work area.
- Experience with driving company vehicles to and from locations as needed.

Pay: $18.93 - $19.62 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
