Overview
We are seeking a qualified, skilled, and dedicated Maintenance Pro to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in maintenance, ensuring that all systems and equipment are functioning optimally. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Shamrock is a property maintenance company that has been in business for 19 years.
We service some of the largest homeowners in the country and are currently servicing 6 states. We are looking for a skilled technician to perform maintenance from things
as simple as lock changes all the way up to remodels of homes.
You must have a clean driving record and are able to pass a background check.
See below for the necessary and desired skills:
* Appliance repair is a plus.
* Build Back
- Drywall repair/replacement (mud, texture, and paint)
* Carpentry - Fencing and deck repairs
* Door repair / replace
*Flooring experience a plus
* Garage doors repair or replace a plus
*Gutter repair or replacement
* Minor Electrical
- Can you read a multimeter?
- Can you troubleshoot 3 way switches, short in a line, breakers?
- Can you trace wires?
- Can you troubleshoot issues from the panel to the pole?
* Minor plumbing
- Can you troubleshoot any clog using the correct snake?
- Repair/replace hot water heaters
* Major Plumbing a plus
* Painting (Exterior & Interior)
* Pressure washing
*Water remediation a plus
*Siding / Stucco repair or replacement
Window repair / replacement a plus
Experience
- Proven experience in single family residents maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively.

Pay is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour based on experience.
