Self Employed Independent Contractor/Handyman

We are looking for a self-employed general handyman to provide repair work on tenant occupied, geographically dispersed rental properties. If you own and operate your own handyman business and are interested in this type of work, we can give you steady work (based on the zip codes you service) to help grow your business and take it to the next level. We are a growing company and want to work with small businesses who want to grow together.

You must be able to:

• Diagnoses and troubleshoot reported issues.
• Perform emergency repairs and respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records and photos of all work performed and parts used.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing using a phone, laptop, other method with our team members.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.

Do you have experience in the following fields:

• Drywall / Painting
• Carpentry
• Doors
• Electrical
• Garage Doors
• Gutters
• HVAC
• Landscaping
• Plumbing
• Roofing

You must have at least 2 years of experience, Certificate of General Liability Insurance, Worker’s Comp or a Workers’ Comp Waiver, have your own transportation, with Auto Insurance (in your name).

Pay: $20.45 - $24.62 per hour
