Permits Specialist

Job Description

Shamrock Roofing is an established roofing and construction company servicing the metro-Kansas City area since 1977. In the last few years, our business has exploded in the Midwest and now servicing areas in Arkansas, Texas, Des Moines, Lincoln, Omaha, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Denver and St. Louis.

START DATE: ASAP

Candidates with backgrounds in data entry, admin, county or municipality work, building permit backgrounds are all encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities include:

Permits

• Applies for permits
• Pays and obtains permits through city officials
• Schedules inspections
• Ensures inspections are passed to standards
• Provides documentation through city portals
• All other duties assigned
  
  

Licenses

• Ensures all city, state, and county licenses are up to date and reapplied to if necessary. Willing to teach the right candidate but prefer experience!
  
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19/hour -$21/hour depending on experience

• Day shift
• In Office, Monday through Friday
