What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Developer position at Shamrock Trading Corporation?
Responsibilities
include but are not limited to :
- Collaborate with internal customers and the Salesforce team to design, implement and maintain thoroughly tested and scalable Salesforce solutions focused on delivering value to our stakeholders
- Assist in day-to-day administration, troubleshooting and maintenance of the CRM platform
- Identify and address technical debt and potential liabilities in the CRM platform
- Work with team, and collaborate with other IT teams to implement stability, security, and performance enhancements
- Work with technical team to manage DevOps processes, to include some after-hours deployments
- Maintain platform aptitude through continued study, to include platform release updates and other technologies in the greater Shamrock tech stack
- Create technical documentation, like user guides, release notes and design documents
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
