What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sourcing Specialist position at Shamrock Trading Corporation?
Responsibilities
for this position include but are not limited to :
- Execute departmental priorities and initiatives.
- Manage purchasing processes / procedures.
- Continuously identify purchasing process improvement opportunities, risks and implement change.
- Facilitate and provide guidance and training to stakeholders on Procurement process and system.
- Lead and collaborate with cross functional teams to review details on new purchase and renewal requests, including functional and security requirements, vendor, KPIs.
- Draft and conduct effective Request for Quote / Proposal / Information.
- Review, analyze and negotiate vendor contracts across multiple categories.
- Establish strategic relationships with vendors to deliver cost savings opportunities across the business.
- Perform spend analytics and reporting.
- Vendor contract life cycle management.
