Position Overview:
We’re seeking a highly motivated Remote Pilot and Visual Observers to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with drones and photography equipment to capture stunning visuals and precise data for our clients. This is a flexible position, offering ~40 hours per week during regular business hours, with additional opportunities for night, weekend, and out-of-town assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Operate drones to capture high-quality aerial photos, videos, and mapping data.
- Perform professional-grade aerial photography and videography to support our diverse client projects.
- Organize deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
- Travel to project sites, as needed (local and regional assignments).
- Ensure all equipment is maintained, calibrated, and operated safely and efficiently.
- Follow directions and guidance from superiors.

Qualifications:
- FAA Part 107 certification preferred (required for RPICs, encouraged for VOs).

- Previous experience in drone operations, photography, or 3D scanning is a plus but not required.
