Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated team members to join our team. Whether you’re in the kitchen or at the counter, your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional food and memorable experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Back of House (Kitchen/Preparation)
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards, including parathas, kebabs, steam roast chicken, and more.
- Assist with portioning, seasoning, and cooking processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
General Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Restock supplies and maintain inventory.
- Uphold the restaurant’s brand values by providing a consistent and enjoyable dining experience.
Requirements:
- Passion for food, especially Pakistani cuisine, and customer service.
- Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
