Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning Installer to join our team. Responsibilities
- Install and maintain air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to effectively diagnose issues.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on cooling systems to prevent failures.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure seamless operation of HVAC systems across facilities.
- Provide technical support as a service technician for clients experiencing issues with their air conditioning units.
- Document all service activities, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment.
- Assist in building new HVAC systems or modifying existing ones as required.
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites as needed for service calls.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HVAC.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles related to air conditioning systems.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
- Experience in property maintenance is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a van for transportation to job sites is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
