What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Member position at Shane's Rib Shack?
Shane's Rib Shack has a need for ALL POSITIONS. We are looking for Catering Delivery Drivers, Front of House Team Members and Back of House Kitchen Crew. No experience necessary as we can train anyone with a great attitude! We are looking for hard working individuals that can join our team and learn quickly! Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Prepare and serve food items according to health and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Assist with food preparation and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in food handling and preparation
- Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha or Micros
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Kitchen experience is a plus, but no prior experience is required
- Effective time management and collaboration skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
