Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Demands Team Member, you will play a vital role in supporting our legal team by preparing cases for negotiations, ensuring a smooth and efficient case flow. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in organization and data entry, aspiring to build a career in the legal field. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate notes and documentation for accurate case notations.
- Organize case files with precision to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with providers, opposing counsel, and stakeholders.
- Ensure precise data entry and reconcile values.
- Draft legal documents.
- Proactively manage deadlines to meet goals
Qualifications:
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Legal case management software experience.
Required:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
