What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night auditor position at Shaner Corporation?
The selected candidate must be able :
- To work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overnight hours.
- Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Process all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements.
- Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies / procedures.
- Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments / personnel.
- To complete other duties as assigned.
