Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and courteous Luxury Van Driver to transport our guests safely and efficiently between the Philadelphia International Airport and our hotel. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensure the cleanliness and organization of the van, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities
- Operate the luxury van to transport guests safely and efficiently between the airport and hotel.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a positive experience from start to finish.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the van, including regular cleaning and disinfecting.
- Ensure that all driveways are clear and that vehicles are not parked or left standing in illegal spaces.
- Monitor parking areas and report any hazards or potential security problems to management.
- Assist guests with luggage and other items, as needed.
- Identify and explain hotel facilities and features to guests while escorting them to their rooms.
- Relay accurate directions to guests on inquiries of transportation within the local area.
- Handle guest complaints by ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain the appearance of the luxury van.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Excellent driving record.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Ability to provide legible communication and directions.
- Previous guest relations and/or training experience.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
- High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Compensation
$18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
