Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Faro Blanco Resort & Yacht Club. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of hospitality operations, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a high quality of services offered to guests through the management of reservations, registration, bell services, telephone services, and guest accounting.
- Direct, implement, and maintain a strong service and management philosophy that guides staff performance.
- Prepare weekly work schedules and adjust throughout the week to meet business demands.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned areas.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of front office management experience in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers.
- High school graduate or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
