Job Description:
Attention to detail matters! We are looking for hard-working associates to help keep our property in tip-top shape, all while providing top-notch service to our guests.
- Clean hotel public areas as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness.
- Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints.
- Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
- Observes all house and safety rules, housekeeping procedures, and security procedures.
- Maintain storage closet par levels.
- Complete additional deep cleaning / seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled.
- Deliver items to guest rooms needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Minimum one year cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
