- Trustworthy and honest character
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and good work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as a team to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, and standard operating procedures
- Must be able to lift up to 20 LBS, bending over, and stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to listen and have excellent communicate with coworkers
- Must be 21 years of age or older at time of applying
- Must be willing to undergo a background check
- Must have a valid state ID/ SSI Card
- Pre roller will need to hit their individual hourly target of pre rolls
- Grind bulk flower/trim
- Infusing pre rolls
- Operate pre roll manufacturing systems
- Cap and weigh pre rolls- Quality check, tube/jar, box, label
- Punctual/reliable, reliable transportation, follows directions
- Perform all duties required to ensure a clean and safe facility
- Accurately weigh/count materials
- Packaging pre pack eighths
- Weighing bulk flower
- Ability to successfully perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time
- This job includes any and all tasks we direct you to undertake at the time at or below your abilities and pay grade
