Packaging Lead

Duties And Essential Responsibilities

• Maintains equipment safety, ensures equipment is operating and kept in a safe state. Performs preventative maintenance to ensure no critical failures can occur.
• Ensures accurate tracking and workflow for all waste material, ensuring accuracy in data input
• Perform any/all Biotrack duties as needed (conversions/combinations/room moves).
• Assemble and Quality Check orders
• Distribute product to packaging team making sure quality standards are followed and throughput is maintained
• Take direction from Manager/Sales for product distribution
• Assist Manager to hold team accountable
• Assist with physical movement of inventory as needed
• Maintain not cannabis inventory to required par levels
• Maintain Cannabis inventory to maximize throughput and minimize waste.
• Ability to perform all duties in manager's absence
• Train new employees per company standards (SOP)

• Actively involved in Workplace Safety in a warehouse setting.
• Don proper PPE in the cultivation space, at all times.
• Any additional duties as determined by Management.
• At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
• Ability to deal with problems and resolve them in a professional manner
• Able to lift 50lb and work in a physically demanding environment
