Duties and Essential Functions :
- Ability to work independently
- Strong PC computer skills and ability to learn print software and print jobs required
- Ability to manage daily tasks and operate with minimal supervision
- Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time
- Set up, calibrate, and clean machine in advance of a production cycle.
- Lead changeovers of machinery and ensure equipment is put back together properly and calibrated.
- Create, review, prepare, and load files for print with a high attention to detail
- Create all templates in the print software for easy change over
- Help determine priorities to enable productive workflow
- Monitor machines in operations and adjust as needed
- Maintain printer and inventory supplies as needed
- Monitor quality of job output for correctness and image quality
- Responsible for overseeing and ensuring documentation is correct for the entire run and all materials match up with specific runs per instruction by packaging lead / manager. Including but not limited to labels, packaging / material specs, Lot #, Strain, Brand, and inspections of product.
- Ensure and review accuracy in data entry and ensure production forms are filled out correctly and consistently
- Troubleshoot issues throughout the machine process
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with cross-functional team members and managers
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
