Is able to maintain accurate information of the inventory process in inventory system. Practices strong analytical thinking and creative problem solving skills. Maintains a current State of Nevada Driver’s License has a clean DMV record. Maintains the safety and inventory of all deliveries. Communicates issues that may arise immediately to the department manager, keeping them aware of any and all potential problems.
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Delivers cannabis products to individuals, according to SOP’s and regulatory standards.
Maintains a clean driving record, obeys all traffic laws, speed limits, and drives safely at all times.
Collects and arranges items for orders. Checks the items to ensure counts are correct. Segregates and arranges delivery items per order. Ensures they are not inter-mingled or out of order. Ensures items are delivered as they were ordered.
Ensure product safety and security for lockbox; Keep product secure at all times and box is locked.
Cultivates long term-customer relationships by providing superior Customer Service, and experience, through multiple platforms of operations i.e.in-store shopping, curb side pick-up and home delivery.
Maintains a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic and a clean-cut professional appearance and adhere to company dress code policy.
Has exemplary listening skills and the ability to convey accurate product information to patients.
Accurately and diligently prepares then follows transportation plans. Logs transportation plans. Keeps records of repairs and maintenance of vehicles.
Responsible for general maintenance and inspection of vehicles, including oil changes, windshield wipers, brake pads, brake discs, head lights, turn signal lights, tires and all other generally observable “wear and tear” items on the vehicle. Any deficiency is to be reported to the manager immediately.
Maintains a heightened sense of awareness. Remains vigilant in personal security, and awareness of surroundings. Always puts safety first.
Avoid dangerous or suspicious situations.
Must have provided camera actively in use on person during working operations/ shift.
Helps in identifying the best medicated product options for the customer.
Extensive knowledge and support for all local policy and state laws to ensure business is in compliance.
Will be required to accommodate scheduling needs of the company, including working non-standard hours or weekends as needed.
Responsible for continuation of education, and stays informed about the product.
Maintains clear and accurate inventory. Ensures all items are accounted for.
Reports missing product or suspected theft to the manager immediately.
Ensures accuracy of Recommendations, Medical Cards, and ID’s prior to permitting access to the dispensary.
Maintains clear and accurate accounting for till, deposits and all cash handled.
Ensures no counterfeit bills are accepted, and electronic or debit payments are valid and card to I.D. match person receiving order(s).
Is trustworthy and discrete with sensitive sales information, and customer data, abiding the CCB and reports instances observed where it was violated.
Provides patients with educational materials to consult with a licensed physician or make independent decisions, when necessary.
Performs any additional duties as deemed necessary by management.
PAY PLAN ELEMENTS:
Eligibility for the Dispensary Incentive Plan is defined as a starting base wage of fourteen dollars ($14) per hour.
