We are looking for a motinvated and detail-oriented individual to join our sales team as a wholesale transaction coordinator that will work with the sales team efforts in managing customer accounts, sending documentation for orders, and following up with current and new accounts. Job Duties
- Coordinate and manage the successful completion of all internal and external wholesale orders
- Assist sales team, including prospect researching and cold calling
- Daily preparation of incoming sales orders
- Order corrections and revisions
- Keep open communication with other departments
- Administrative filing
- Communicate with and arrange payment for third-party distributors when applicable
- Communicate with other departments to assess product availability for orders and fulfilment
- Work directly with the Administrative team for the final invoicing
- Work with state required seed-to-sale systems to ensure regulation requirements are met as each order exits the facility
- Organize and manage all paperwork associated with transactions
- Continuous updating all sales programs
- Perform any additional duties deemed necessary by management.
Experience
