We are seeking a dedicated, full-time field crew assistant to work in our organic garden that not only provides produce for our on-site farm-to-table restaurant, but is also toured by guests daily.
Duties Include:
This position requires typical physical demands for farm labor, such as walking, standing, reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, squatting, lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in cold, hot or wet conditions on uneven surfaces.
This is a full time position, Monday-Friday 7:00a - 3:30p.

Duties Include:
- Responsible for hand weeding and hoeing the organic garden, fruit orchard, and surrounding food production areas.
- Assisting in the daily harvesting as instructed by the organic garden manager.
- Watering and irrigation monitoring, tool and workspace cleaning, and other garden field assigned tasks.
This position requires typical physical demands for farm labor, such as walking, standing, reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, squatting, lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in cold, hot or wet conditions on uneven surfaces.
