Shangri-La Springs Resort & Spa is growing! We are seeking a Guest Services Supervisor for this extraordinary historic property to provide outstanding customer service to all our guests.
The Guest Services Supervisor oversees and manages front desk staff to maintain a productive and happy work environment while also ensuring guests expectations of service and hospitality are always met, and exceeded whenever possible. They will also greets and registers guests, answers all incoming calls, assists guests with any questions they might have, provides prompt and courteous service.
