Job Description
The Assistant Director of Sales (ADOS) handles both local & international companies with frequent individual travellers for a nightly or long stay. Develop new business opportunities that are potential for hotel. Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales in coordination with the Director of Sales & Marketing, implements all sales activities and maximizes business opportunities in his / her specific Industry or area of responsibility.
The Assistant Director of Sales is responsible for lead and drive the day to day sales activities of the Director of Business Development, Senior Sales Manager, Sales Managers, Sales Executives and Sales Coordinators and the implementation of the sales activity plans set forth in the hotels marketing plan to achieve the budgeted revenue. Act on behalf in the absence of Director of Sales.
Requirements
- Oral and written fluency in english
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in Sales & Marketing
- Understand RFP flow in Lanyon / HRS will be advantage.
- Knowledge of basic selling skills
- Experience in handling team
