As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, we rely on you to :
- Monitor and ensure smooth operations in food & beverage outlets.
- Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of food and beverage activities.
- Collaborate with suppliers, assist in negotiating contracts, and manage procurement of ingredients and supplies.
- Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives to promote food and beverage offerings.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Participate in analyzing sales and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
