We are looking
for a Director of Family Experience to join our team!
The Director of Family Experience is responsible for the pre-opening project development, opening of the facility, revenue, supervision and management of the operations of the Kids' Club of Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore.
Core Functions / Responsibilities :
Operations
- Ensures that the Kids Club is a fun, safe and kids-friendly environment
- Plans its opening, design and organise all activities and programs, including celebrations
- Sets and commits to the budget of the Kids Club, coordinates all marketing, publicity and communication activities
- Responsible for the health and safety of guests, colleagues and for motivating the team to ensure the highest possible standards of service are achieved
- Ensures a high standard of service and customer care
