Primary Responsibilities :
- Establish and execute sales strategies in line with the sales plan.
- Discover and leverage new business opportunities to boost market share.
- Foster and uphold strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead, guide, and mentor the sales team to meet and surpass targets.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and sales administration to ensure efficient resources use.
- Keep abreast of market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitive.
- Report on staff performance, morale, market conditions, and operational issues to the Director of Commercial Sales.
