MAIN RESPONSIBILITY :
To accord personalize and prompt service to all VIP guest from arrival to departure, to provide all hotel guest and patron, courteous, tactful and efficient service. GRO-Mandarin speaker also acted as key personnel when it comes with the non-English speaker Chinese guest.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Fluent in a second foreign language (Mandarin)
- Some experience in customer service or guest relation
- Pleasant personality
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of computer / recent / relevant technology equipment and usage
- Able to work flexible hours
