Responsibilities

Assist in preparing high-quality Asian cuisine with a focus on wok cooking.

• Maintain consistency in food presentation, taste, and portion control.
• Follow proper hygiene and sanitation standards in food handling and preparation.
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations, including restaurant and banquet services.
• Monitor ingredient freshness, storage, and inventory management.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen service.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in a hotel or high-end restaurant kitchen.
