What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Business Analyst, Enterprise Applications position at Shangri-La?
We are looking
for someone who has :
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in managing Real Estate and Hospitality system. Knowledge in real estate capabilities in key areas of Mall Loyalty Programme, Lease management, Space management and interface with other systems.
- 5 years of Business Analysis experience.
- 3 years of hands-on design and development experience in DotNet, Microsoft SQL Server, managing mobile application development (Native & Hybrid) and applications in Cloud Platforms (AWS & Azure).
- Experience in designing workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, dashboards, and email generation
- Experience in Salesforce Lightening design and development, and Microsoft technologies PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, decision-making skills and multi-tasking abilities, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and focus on producing quality work.
- Ability to travel up to 10% if necessary
