Located in the countrys premier beach destination, Shangri-Las Boracay Resort and Spa is a luxurious and serene haven for vacationers. Dramatically situated on a hillside in a flourishing nature reserve at the northern tip of Boracay Island, the 12-hectare resort is a 10-minute drive from the popular White Beach. The resort offers 219 rooms including 36 villas and suites; comprehensive leisure facilities; 350 meters of secluded beach front; and a thriving ecosystem of diverse flora and fauna. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
His primary duty is to prompt and efficient service of all Food and Beverage items available in our outlets. The strength and sincerity of the Shangri-La's Boracay Resort & Spas image should reflect at all times through a friendly, courteous manner and helpful attitude, extending beyond guests expectation. It should be noted that Service Associates can be designated in charge of any area at any time and therefore must have a full and comprehensive working knowledge of all areas within the Food and Beverage Division.
Qualifications :
- Experience in an international hotel with the same capacity is an advantage.
- Strong background in Bartending, F&B Service and Operations.
- A self-starter, guest-oriented, with eye for details, has initiative and anticipation.
- Membership in the Philippine Bartenders League / International Bartenders Association is a plus.
- Oral and Written Fluency in both English and Filipino. Knowledge in other foreign language is an advantage.
- A graduate of Hospitality Management / International Management or any related course.
