Responsibilities :
Supervise and guide the Horizon Club team, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Conduct staff training to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive work environment promoting teamwork and professional development.
- Manage Horizon Club rooms' availability to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, maintain hygiene standards, and oversee corrective actions.
- Uphold financial policies, ensure accurate reporting, and prevent fraud or discrepancies.
Qualifications :
Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management.
