We provide and install top quality products and services to HealthCare, Education, Government, and Corporate markets in the New England area.  Shanix has been in business for 30 years having the best team in the industry providing the best quality installation and service to customers.  Shanix is looking for a dynamic, fast paced, organized and attention to detail type person to join the purchasing & administrative team.

This role will report directly to the Purchasing Manager and will play an essential role in the company's day-to-day operations.  A successful candidate will assist in the purchasing of over 200 SKU’s in a professional, fast paced, high-demand environment with a strong team attitude.

General Job Duties :

• Daily Ordering of all products
• Maintain data base pricing
• Maintain proper Inventory / Stock
• Receive materials in system
• Process material claims and returns
• Follow up on credits due
• Researching alternate products
• Identifying / researching cost save opportunities
• Research inventory variance
• Cycle count inventory
• Submit orders
• General admin duties
• Supporting sales team pricing and part load requests
• Maintain supplier relationships
• Follow up / direct logistic requirements
• Trouble shoot / reconcile invoice discrepancies
• Support, participate, help run, quarterly and year end physical inventory
