Shannon Construction is searching for a highly qualified marketing coordinator who can contribute to existing programs while assisting with development of new initiatives aligned with company and client goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including proposals, digital, advertising and social media in the construction industry. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Below are some of the responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Prepare proposals and pre-qualifications documents for the estimating & sales teams.
- Manage and create content & client lists for our monthly newsletter in partnership with external marketing consultants.
- Manage social media campaigns and posts.
- Manage and develop content for company websites with external marketing support.
- Develop various types of marketing deliverables, including electronic and print materials.
- Monitoring and analyzing metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns.
- Work with the estimating coordinator & sales teams to help support key activities.
- Event planning for company celebrations and events.
- Work with the Sr. Leadership Team to develop company Marketing Strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years' experience in marketing/brand management
- 2 years' experience in the Construction Industry, Preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Software experience preferred - CRM management data base, Procore, Bluebeam, Social Media/Hootsuite, Canva, and Constant Contact
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
