Video sitter can perform the primary duties of the position in Central Monitoring that they were hired to fill as a general sitter and 1:1 sitter with patients daily with minimal supervision. |
Central Monitoring Sitter |
Tech can perform in telemetry monitoring only. Must complete Dysrhythmia Course within 3 months of hire. |
Central Monitoring Tech I |
Tech can perform both the duties of the video sitter and monitor tech. Ability to sit 1:1 with patients. Successful completion of Dysrhythmia Course. |
Central Monitoring Tech II |
Lead can perform the duties and fulfill educational/certification requirements of the Central Monitoring Tech II. Acts as a Team Lead while on duty. |
