Job Summary |
Serves as manager for Health & Wellness initiatives to provide leadership and collaboration in community education and public health. Communicates with all partners in existing programs as well as potential business opportunities. Key responsibilities include identifying and securing grant opportunities, managing external grant-funded programs, and ensuring compliance with funding and reporting requirements. The manager will also lead special projects aimed at improving clinical quality, patient safety, and organizational performance. Collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and leadership is essential to align projects with Shannon Health’s strategic goals. Independently manages all processes involved with grant application process including writing, approval process and submission.
