Plastic Surgery Navigator

Job Summary

The Neurosurgery Navigator collaborates with other health care professionals to facilitate information regarding the procedure to ensure the best possible experience for the patient from the clinic to the actual procedure date.  Provides educational instructions to patients prior to the procedure date.  Will be the point of contact for the patient throughout the continuum of care. Follow up with patients on regularly defined intervals after treatment.

• High School Diploma or GED: Required

Experience:

• Three (3) years of Surgical, Clinical, or Departmental-Specific experience: Preferred
