Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:

  • Meet new business production goals through prospecting, networking, and referral sources.
  • Develop relationships with professionals like Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, and Auto Dealers.
  • Generate insurance quotes and present policy options tailored to client needs.

Customer Service and Retention:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Handle all customer inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests promptly.
  • Ensure high levels of client retention and product loyalty.

Operational Excellence:

  • Verify and update customer contact information during each interaction.
  • Respond to phone calls on the first ring and return messages promptly.
  • Adhere to underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.

Sales Techniques and Tools:

  • Use VOIP telephones, auto-dialers, and other technologies to contact prospective customers.
  • Maintain phone time or sales quotas as set by management.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, including financial products.

Teamwork and Development:

  • Collaborate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training.
  • Participate in continuing education to stay updated on new products and services.

Professional Skills and Accountability:

  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
  • Utilize phone, email, and client lists to grow sales revenue.
  • Assess and identify customer needs over the phone effectively.

Requirements

Requirement:

Must hold a Louisiana Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Salary : $32,000 - $85,000
