Job Title: Server - Full Time
Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Server to join our Dining Services team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dining service to our residents, ensuring a positive and enjoyable dining experience. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver orders promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards.
- Set up and clear tables before and after meals.
- Address residents’ dietary preferences, restrictions, and special requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Comply with health and safety regulations and community policies.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, guests, and coworkers.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by the Dining Services Manager.
Qualifications:
Experience: Prior serving experience is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing top-notch service.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
