- Welcome new prospects to our academy, guide them through the proven sales process, & sign up new members.
- Proactively set & confirm appointments with prospective students & cultivate leads via phone, email, text, & social media message
- Manage the entire sales process, accurately track the team’s data, & maintain excellent conversion/closing percentages.
- Communicate with Coaches with regards to the First Day Client Experience in the classes for Prospects & New Students
- Maintain Accurate Records of the “5 Key Metrics” - Using Spreadsheets
- Work with SMMA team members to set individual & team sales & appointment goals; actively track & monitor progress towards these goals throughout the month to ensure that both the individual & the team goals are met or exceeded
- Identify, troubleshoot, & work to eliminate any issues in reaching the goal numbers by coaching/refresh training for the Sales team
- Assists sales team members during difficult closes, with time management issues, and/or with presentations during peak/busy times
- Perform clerical duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails & social media messages, basic data entry, and reporting; answer questions, find information, & follow up with prospects & clients.
- Collaborate with the Owners, the Lead Instructor, and the Administrative Coordinator on sales action items, strategies, day to day sales progress, reporting, marketing brainstorming, etc.
- Work with Administrative Coordinator to organize membership agreements, client files, & nightly reports to ensure that all client databases & tracking metrics are maintained accurately
- Foster a superior client experience for SMMA prospects & members, & provide excellent customer service always
- Help us grow our SMMA community by communicating the mission, programs, & success stories of the academy on social media, & to members and prospective students.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
