POSTION SUMMARY
The Office Assistant will support the daily operations of the manufacturing plant by performing administrative tasks and managing the inventory of finished goods. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with the Plant Manager and other team members. Experience with Acumatica and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems is a plus.
Role and Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the Plant Manager with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
- Manage and maintain the inventory of finished goods.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into inventory management systems.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by the Plant Manager.
- Manage the uniform and shoe account, including ordering, terminating, and maintaining uniforms for employees.
- Perform general office duties, including filing, answering phones, and handling correspondence.
- Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the plant manager.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with inventory management systems; experience with Acumatica and Material Requirements Planning(MRP) systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Additional Notes
- Pre-employment drug testing required.
- Must be authorized to live and work in the U.S.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Primarily in an office (at CPF site) and will work with the operations team within the Facility.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.

- Competitive base pay plus bonus.
