The Community Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant and engaged community within our community properties. This position is responsible for building strong relationships with residents, addressing their needs, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. The Community Manager will also oversee property operations, marketing initiatives, and community events to enhance the living experience. By effectively managing communication and feedback, the Community Manager will contribute to tenant retention and overall property success. Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing communities with100 units.
- Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Effective problem solving, written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of area multifamily market and affordable housing
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of financial reporting, preparation of annual budgets and vendor contracts.
- Knowledge of advanced sales, marketing, and apartment management.
- Prior experience in new construction and lease up preferred.
- YARDI, ADP, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge in Revenue Management software experience preferred.
- High level of organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with social media marketing and community outreach.
- Familiarity with property management software Yardi, CRM, Voyager.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the property, including maintenance requests and tenant inquiries.
- Organize and host community events to foster relationships among residents.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote available rental units and community features.
- Monitor and respond to resident feedback through surveys and direct communication.
