Brand New 185-unit Luxury Community in San Ramon is seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and experienced Leasing Professional with at least 1 year of experience working on an A property. A strong background in sales, marketing, advertising, and customer service is a plus.
Our ideal leasing agent would be highly experienced in leasing and must be able to provide world-class customer service. Ability to generate excitement for our new property, demonstrating creativity, creating rapport, while bringing together diverse individuals and families to create a new and unique community.
Responsibilities include supporting and adding value to the company’s marketing efforts, generating a consistent source of qualified traffic, assisting in the development and maintenance of successful resident retention programs, and providing extraordinary customer service.
Duties include demonstrating our community to prospective residents while maintaining a high closing ratio, following up with prospects, inspecting community, and common areas for cleanliness and presentation, planning and coordinating resident functions, and maintaining constant contact with other communities in the marketplace and delivering market conditions to Community Manager.
Normal 40-hour work schedule weekends included.
Two years’ industry experience with a proven track record of high closing ratio, or related experience. Must have a strong sales, marketing and customer service background.

Experience in Yardi and CRM are preferred.
