Job Title : Senior Data Analyst, People Analytics

Job Specialty : People Analytics

Job Duration : 13 Months

Shift : 8 Hours per Day

Guaranteed Hours : 40 Hours per Week

Experience : Minimum of 5 years in a data analytics or data science role with project leadership experience

License : Not applicable

Certifications : Not applicable

Must-Have :

A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science); a quantitative master's degree is a plus
Demonstrated experience with statistical concepts such as regression modeling, causal inference / quasi-experimental methods, and data transformation
Strong detail orientation, critical thinking, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple competing projects simultaneously
Proficient in presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Google Docs, or similar

Job Description :

Focus on mining, understanding, and leveraging all people-related data to provide workforce dashboards, narratives, and insights.

Support a wide range of organizational areas including human resources functions like talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, labor and employee relations, DEI, workforce development, and occupational health.

Enable organizational leaders to make better data-driven decisions.

Use strong business acumen and data analytics to deliver solutions, communicate insights, and advise leaders through data interpretation.

Ensure data integrity and implement solutions in collaboration with other team members.

Create understandable narratives for diverse audiences, including senior leaders.

Develop queries to extract data from multiple sources, analyze it, and provide clear insights and recommendations that positively impact business decisions.

Provide requesters with strategic and tactical reporting and analysis for informed decision-making.

Use data to tell compelling stories that provide business leaders with insights.

Conduct research using a broad range of tools and resources to extract insights for creating clear actionable recommendations.

Embrace opportunities to partner cross-functionally within and outside of HR, including collaborating with members in finance, IT, strategy, and other key stakeholders across the enterprise.
