Client Background

The Role
The HR Lead will oversee the entire spectrum of HR functions for internal employees while managing HR operations for consultants deployed at client sites.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee the employee lifecycle for internal staff and client consultants in Singapore, including payroll processing and work pass applications.
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing, covering final settlements, timesheets, reimbursements, and CPF submissions.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee data maintenance and leave administration.
- Work closely with talent acquisition to onboard consultants for client projects, ensuring smooth employment pass submissions and contract reviews.
- Administer offboarding procedures, including IR21 submissions and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and act as the primary HR escalation point.
- Partner closely with Finance to ensure timely and accurate client invoicing.
- Develop and enforce policies to ensure compliance and mitigate organizational risks.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including group insurance and employee perks.
- Liaise with brokers and insurers, managing group insurance policies and renewals.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.
