Share & Care for Special People, Inc. is hiring for Direct Support Professional positions! No previous experience required. This is a wonderful agency that supports individuals with disabilities in their activities of daily living.
Requirements for employment include a valid driver's license, current car insurance, reliable vehicle, and a high school diploma/GED. Please bring these items to the interview with you.
Training for all required certifications will be provided and paid for by us!!

Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Foster effective communication and build relationships with clients.
- Implement behavior management strategies and support clients in achieving their personal goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and participate in team meetings to discuss care plans.
Summary
As a Direct Support Professional, you will be instrumental in providing compassionate care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.
