Job Overview
Assisting low-income households facing eviction with past due rent and resources. Most work in-office, occasional field work. Goal is to assist clients to better their lives and get out of eviction.
Duties
- Client Intakes
- Obtain missing documentation
- Communicate with clients and landlords
- Verify credibility of client/landlord documentation
- Calculate past due rent via rent ledger
- Complete in-home lead inspections (as needed)
- Submit payment agreements to landlords for signature
- Provide staff coverage as needed
- Attend all scheduled staff meetings and training sessions
- Complete daily filing
- Other duties as assigned

This position is full-time until grant funds are depleted (approximately June 30th). Potential to move to permanency after June depending on open positions.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
