Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals in a residential setting
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Implement and follow individualized care plans
- Promote and respect resident rights and dignity
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment
- Document and report any changes in residents' condition to the appropriate supervisor
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care
Experience: No experience is necessary, we will train you the whole way
- Previous experience in childcare, nursing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with medication administration systems and protocols
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality
- First aid certification is a plus
Hours: Saturday and Sunday 7am-3pm (can add more hours as needed)
