Duties

- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage client information, and report on performance metrics.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise post-sale.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in industrial maintenance sales environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
