Share Motor Service is looking for an experienced shop foreman to lead our team of mechanics and technicians. The ideal candidate will have experience working with electric motors, pumps, and industrial equipment. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, willingness to work hard with optional overtime, and ability to motivate others to work efficiently and follow operational procedures. The shop foreman will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the repair facility, coordinating with the team of mechanics, winders and outside vendors to ensure the timely completion of repair jobs. 2-3 years of experience as a shop foreman or rewinding electric motors is preferred.
